    VITCAS Heat Resistant Silver Spray Paint is specially formulated for use on surfaces exposed to extreme temperatures, making it ideal for furnaces, heaters, barbecues, boilers, pipes, and other high-heat equipment. This high-performance silicone resin-based spray paint offers heat resistance up to 800°C (1472°F), delivering a durable, long-lasting silver finish suitable for both domestic and industrial applications.

  • Applications

    • Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. No primer is required

    • Suitable Substrates: Best applied directly to bare metal surfaces

    • Application Conditions: Apply in temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. Use in a well-ventilated area

    • Spray Technique: Shake the can for 2 minutes before use. Hold the spray 30 cm from the surface and apply in multiple thin, even coats, shaking between each application

    Drying & Curing

    • Tack-Free: Surface becomes tack-free (touch-dry) in 15 minutes

    • Fully Cured: Achieved by heating the painted surface to 160°C for 1 hour. Some smoke during curing is normal

    Note: Drying time may vary depending on ambient temperature, humidity, and film thickness

    Storage & Disposal: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50°C. Do not empty contents into drains. Dispose of unused product and container as hazardous waste in accordance with local regulations
