    Vitcas High Temperature Spray Paint provides a vibrant, heat-resistant red finish while offering durable protection for surfaces exposed to high temperatures. Formulated with silicone resin, this spray paint withstands continuous heat up to 300°C (572°F). Supplied in a convenient 400ml aerosol can, it delivers excellent coverage and is ideal for a wide range of domestic, industrial, and automotive applications where thermal resistance and aesthetic appeal are essential.

  • Applications

    • Ensure the surface is bare metal, clean, dry, and free from grease or rust.
    • Apply in a well-ventilated area at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C.
    • Shake the can vigorously for 2 minutes before use.
    • Spray from a distance of approximately 30 cm, applying thin, even coats.
    • Shake the can between coats to maintain consistency.
    • Allow each coat to become tack-free (touch-dry) in 15 minutes.
    • To fully cure the paint, heat the painted surface to 160°C for one hour. Some smoke during curing is normal.

    Storage & Disposal: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store above 50°C. Dispose of contents and container as hazardous waste in accordance with local regulations. Do not empty into drains or waterways.

    Safety Information: Use only in well-ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of children. Wear appropriate protective equipment to avoid inhalation and skin contact during use.
