Description
The thermostatic anti-condensation valve has been developed for the installation on systems with a generator for solid combustibles. It is able to maintain the temperature of the fluid at the inlet of the generator above 55 degrees. The temperature regulation occurs automatically by mixing fluid from the inlet of the generator (A) with the fluid of the outlet of the generator through a bypass (B). The device prevents the heat transfer fluid from entering into the generator at a too low temperature in order to reduce the quantity of condensation which is created on the heat exchanger. Besides that the device can accelerate the temperature increase of the generator during the start up. If installed on the inlet of the generator, the device works as a mixing valve; if installed on the outlet conduct the device operates as a diverting valve.
